Operated by leading universities, our cleanrooms provide high-end capabilities for prototyping, device fabrication, and small-scale production in microelectronics, photonics, MEMS, and more.

CR.Be, Belgium’s Academic Cleanroom Network, brings together the cleanroom facilities of Belgium’s top universities to provide industry with a single point of access to cutting-edge fabrication infrastructure.

Our mission is to:

Streamline access to micro- and nanofabrication facilities
Increase visibility of Belgian semiconductor and photonics capabilities
Support collaboration between academia and industry
Strengthen Belgium’s role in the European high-tech ecosystem
